Section 0800-03-02-.06 - REGULATIONS FOR STATE AGENCIES(1) State agencies entering into state highway construction project contracts shall submit the name(s) of the project(s), address(es) of the project site(s), and name(s) and address(es) of the successful bidder(s) to the Department within ten (10) working days of the state highway construction project start date.Tenn.
