Section 0800-02-28-.10 - DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS(1) The Program shall notify the applicant and the eligible educational institution of the applicant's selection as an award recipient. Notice shall be in writing, in a manner prescribed by the Administrator.(2) The Program shall submit payment for covered expenses directly to the eligible educational institution on the behalf of recipients who are eligible.(3) No Funds shall be distributed prior to the Program confirming the recipient's registration for coursework in an eligible educational institution or employment training program.Tenn.
