Section 0800-02-21-.20 - BRIEFS(1) Pre-hearing briefs for expedited and compensation hearings are encouraged. Unless the scheduling order provides otherwise, prehearing briefs must be filed at least ten (10) business days before the hearing.(2) Post-hearing briefs for expedited and compensation hearings are permitted only with the judge's advance approval.(3) Briefs should contain the facts and law with appropriate citations. Any brief that refers to a transcript or deposition must specify the relevant page(s) of the transcript or deposition. Any brief that cites an unpublished or foreign case must attach a copy of the case, or the judge may disregard the case.
