Section 0800-02-20-.03 - SEVERABILITY(1) If any provision of these Rules or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is, for any reason, held to be invalid, the remainder of the Rules and the application of the provisions to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected in any respect whatsoever.Tenn.
