Section 0800-01-05-.04 - VARIANCES FROM STANDARDS

Employers may seek a variance from any occupational safety or health standard promulgated by the Commissioner. Any request for a variance shall be in accordance with the rules in Chapter 0800-1-2 V ariances from Occupational Safety and Health Standards.

Original rule filed August 14, 1977; effective September 13, 1977. Repeal and new rule filed September 13, 2002; effective January 28, 2003.
