Section 0800-01-02-.11 - NOTICES OF HEARINGS(1) Service. Upon request for a hearing, or upon his own initiative, the Commissioner shall serve, or cause to be served, a reasonable notice of hearing.(2) Contents of Notice. A notice of hearing served under paragraph (1) of this rule shall include: (a) The date, time and place of the hearing;(b) The legal authority under which the hearing is to be held; and(c) A specification of issues of fact and law.Tenn.
