Section 0780-05-14-.02 - DEFINITIONS(1) As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions of terms referenced in T.C.A. § 62-9-101 to 102 are applicable to these rules, including, without limitation, the term "member" as referenced in T.C.A. § 62-9-102(b).(2) "Legally cognizable organization or entity" means, according to the context, any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, joint venture, or other business entity recognized under Tennessee law.(3) "Person" means, according to the context, any individual, association, partnership, corporation, or any other legally cognizable organization or entity.Tenn.
