Section 0780-05-10-.07 - ANNUAL REPORTS

All contract sellers and trustees shall, no later than March 15 of each year, file an annual report with the Commissioner on such forms as the Commissioner may prescribe. Such report shall include a summary of the information contained in the accounts, books and records required to be kept under Rule 0780-05-10-.05, and such other information as the Commissioner may reasonably require.
