Section 0780-05-09-.20 - EXAMINATIONS AND AUDITS(1) The necessary expense of any examination or audit made pursuant to T.C.A. Title 46, Chapter 1, Parts 2 and 3 shall be paid by the cemetery owner at the rate of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per examiner/auditor, per day. The cemetery owner shall be billed in increments of not less than one-half day for each half-day or any portion thereof.(2) The cemetery owner shall remit payment not later than fifteen (15) days after the invoice date.Tenn.
