Section 0780-05-09-.10 - SIGN REQUIRED AT CEMETERY

Each cemetery owner shall conspicuously post a sign within one hundred (100) feet of each public entrance to the cemetery grounds. The lettering shall not be less than two (2) inches in height. All signs shall contain the words:

This cemetery is registered by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance.
