Section 0780-05-08-.06 - DECEPTIVE PRACTICES(1) No licensee shall engage in any of the deceptive practices set out in T.C.A., §§ 62-43-114.(2) No licensee shall represent that the licensee's business or activity has been recommended or endorsed by the commissioner.
