Section 0780-05-01-.20 - TECHNICAL KNOCKOUT(1) The referee shall promptly terminate a bout and declare a "technical knockout" if: (a) he is advised to do so by the ringside physician;(b) in his opinion, the bout is too one sided;(c) in his opinion, a contestant is in such condition that continuation of the bout might subject him to serious injury; or(d) a contestant fails to answer the bell for a round.Tenn.
