Section 0780-05-01-.08 - BANDAGES

Contestant's hands shall be wrapped with soft gauze bandages not more than three (3) inches in width, held in place by not more than (8) feet of surgeon's tape, one (1) inch in width. The binding of surgeon's tape must not be applied within one-half (1/2) inch of the knuckles of the contestant's hand.
