Section 0780-02-23-.06 - ISSUANCE OF PERMITS IN VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER(1) The Division may suspend or revoke a permit issued under the provisions of this chapter wherever the permit is issued in error or on the basis of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, or in violation of any state law or regulation or any of the provisions of this chapter.(2) Upon notice from the Division to the issuer, the issuer shall immediately revoke any permit issued in violation of state law or regulation or this chapter, and any construction on such project must cease until proper approval is obtained and a new permit issued pursuant to this chapter.Tenn.
