Section 0780-02-13-.20 - APPLICABILITY

After January 4, 1988, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to all modular building units and components, including those not intended or used for residential occupancy, except any storage building having an area of less than one hundred fifty (150) square feet and no electrical or plumbing systems.
