(2) Every fee charged under this rule shall be paid by check or money order payable to the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance.(3) A renewal application accompanied by the required fee is deemed to be timely filed if received before or on the expiration date of the certificate or license for which renewal is sought.Tenn.
