Section 0780-02-01-.23 - FLOATING CABINS(1) Floating cabins located on the Tennessee River System and regulated by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) must comply with 18 C.F.R. § 1304, and specifically 18 C.F.R. § 1304.103(e) regarding electrical inspections, and Article 553 of the National Electrical Code.(2) Inspections shall be performed in accordance with the adopted electrical code edition effective at the time of installation. If the time of installation cannot be determined, the installation shall be inspected in accordance with the pertinent section related to floating cabins, Article 553 in the edition of the National Electrical Code adopted in Tenn.
