Section 0780-02-01-.12 - OVERCURRENT PROTECTION

Circuit breakers used as overcurrent protection for circuits serving devices not requiring a grounded (neutral) conductor, such as a 240V water heater, shall be multipole breakers. Single pole circuit breakers with tie handles shall not be approved for this purpose.
