Section 0780-01-93-.02 - APPLICATION OF CHAPTER(1) The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to health insurance coverage issued to any individual or small employer. The provisions of this Chapter are severable. If any provision of this Chapter or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this Chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.(2) This Chapter does not apply to any policy as described by Section 2791(c) of the Public Health Service Act, compiled in 42 U.S.C. § 300gg - 91(c).Tenn.
