Section 0780-01-82-.09 - SETTLEMENT OF APPEALS(1) In lieu of having an appeal, the parties may agree at any time to the informal settlement of the matter being appealed.(2) All settlement agreements shall provide for the payment of all costs of the appeal. In the event the settlement agreement does not contain any such provision, the commissioner may assess all costs against the insurer or rate service organization that was a party to the appeal.Tenn.
