Section 0780-01-52-.07 - EFFECTIVE DATE

The effective date of chapter 0780-01-52 is July 1, 1985; provided, that amendments in sections .01 and .04 shall become effective on January 1, 2004 and provided that preneed insurance policies issued on or after January 1, 2012, must use the Ultimate 1980 CSO in the calculation of minimum nonforfeiture values and minimum reserves.
