Section 0780-01-47-.01 - PURPOSE

The purpose of this rule is to set the maximum dollar amount for the hospital room and board daily expense benefit contained in Plan A as provided in T.C.A. §67-7-1507. This amount shall be one hundred forty dollars ($140.00).
