Section 0780-01-43-.07 - PENALTY

Any insurer violating the "Small Insurance Policy Law of 1979" shall be subject to a penalty not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation as provided by T.C.A. §56-7-702(d)(2).
