Section 0780-01-38-.02 - FULL COST TO BE CHARGED TO INSURANCE COMPANIES EXAMINED

The full cost of such examinations to be charged the Companies examined shall be set at the daily rate paid the examiner plus an overhead expense factor to cover the cost of employee benefits and to include the per diem expense allowance and transportation costs paid to the examiner.
