Section 0780-01-28-.01 - STATEMENTS AND REPORTS - FORM AND CONTENTS

Any and all reports required to be filed by an HMO under T.C.A. § 56-32-208. Reports. shall be prepared in accordance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Accounting Practices and Procedures Manual in effect for the period covered by the report.

Original rule filed June 18, 1974; effective July 18, 1974. Repeal and new rule filed August 26, 2002; effective November 9, 2002.
