Section 0780-01-27-.45 - SEPARABILITY PROVISION

If any provision of these rules and regulations or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid., the remainder of the rules and regulations and the applicability of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
