Section 0780-01-25-.03 - TRANSFER OF NOTE

Promissory notes shall not be sold or otherwise transferred nor any commissions on the sale paid to the agent until such receipt or form (Paragraph (2) of Rule 0780-1-24-.02 above) has been received in the home office of the company.
