Section 0775-01-.11 - NONDISCRIMINATION

THRC mortgage insurance is subject to and contingent upon the mortgagor and the mortgagee complying with the non-discriminatory equal housing opportunity requirements of the Federal Government, the State, and any political subdivision of the State in which the subject property is located.
