Section 0770-04-02-.25 - REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

Originators and Servicers of loans under this program shall provide a monthly report to the Agency no later than the 15th of the month for all loans and funds relative to business conducted in the preceeding month in a form satisfactory to the Agency.
