Section 0770-04-02-.23 - SALES PRICE LIMITS

In no event shall the sales price limit for new construction or the value after substantial rehabilitation exceed $45,000.00 (forty-five thousand dollars). Such limits may be modified from time to time by the Board of Directors provided that the County Commission shall have first passed a resolution requesting such action. A local government administering its own program may allow for a 10% adjustment in locally designated target areas.
