Section 0770-03-02-.01 - APPLICABILITY(1) The Rules in this section which apply to tenant eligibility and tenant rights apply when the Agency is administering the rental assistance paid to or on behalf of tenants. These rules do not apply when the Agency is financing units for which another entity is administering the rental assistance program except for those rules which govern the underwriting of the financial feasibility and the monitoring of rehabilitation work.Tenn.
