Section 0770-01-02-.20 - APPORTIONMENT OF FUNDS

The Executive Director shall periodically re-examine the loan volume and exercise every effort to insure that all areas of the State are being adequately served by the program. The Executive Director shall adopt and enforce policies to avoid creating or aggravating low- income economic concentrations which adversely affect communities.
