Section 0770-01-02-.16 - SUBSEQUENT LOANS

A ''Subsequent loan'' under these regulations is a loan made to a person who is currently an Agency mortgagor for the purpose of acquiring a subsequent home. A subsequent loan may be made for the same purposes and under the same conditions as an initial loan.
