Section 0770-01-02-.02 - OBJECTIVES

One of the basic objectives of the Agency is to make loans to low and moderate income citizens of Tennessee to be used to finance the purchase of homes at a preferred rate of interest. The program is designed to help those citizens who are unable to obtain home loans from private lending institutions necessary for the purchase of decent, safe and sanitary homes.
