Section 0720-40-.07 - GRIEVANCES AND APPEALS(1) Any hospital that disputes the fee to be paid shall, by August 15, 1992, request an informal meeting with the Commissioner or his designee; provided, however the facility is not required to request an informal meeting to perfect a hearing as provided in this section.(2) A hospital may request a hearing regarding the amount of fee pursuant to T.C.A. §§ 4-5-301 et seq. In order to perfect a request for a hearing: (a) A hospital which has not requested an informal meeting must pay, as they come due, all installments, and must submit a written request for a hearing by August 31st, 1992;(b) A hospital which requested an informal meeting must pay, all installments as they come due, and submit a written request for a hearing within thirty (30) days after the informal meeting.Tenn.
