Section 0720-34-.05 - REPORTING BY HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS

A health maintenance organization shall notify the Tennessee Department of Health, Division of Health Care Facilities when operational sites are relocated or when separate or branch operational sites are established.
