Section 0720-12-.08 - REPORTS CONCERNING ACCREDITATION OF HOME HEALTH AGENCIES OPERATING PURSUANT TO CERTIFICATE OF NEED EXEMPTIONS

Reporting shall be made to the Health Services and Development Agency within two (2) years of the licensure of the home health agency, on forms prescribed by the Agency, by each home health agency established pursuant to a certificate of need exemption in T.C.A. § 68-11-1607(r) or T.C.A. § 68-111607(s). Reporting shall include whether the home health agency has been accredited, and if so, by which accrediting organization.
