The Board may recognize for continuing education credit attendance by licensees at continuing education programs in other states so long as the program is recognized and approved by the appropriate governmental agency of that state. Licensees claiming credit for attendance at continuing education programs in other states shall comply with all reporting requirements of this chapter.
