Section 0620-03-05-.05 - QUALIFICATIONS FOR CERTIFYING MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS(1) In order to qualify, for purposes of state liability protection, as a member of the Board of Directors of a judicial district drug task force, the board member must meet the following qualifications:(a) The individual must be serving as a member of the Board of Directors of a judicial district drug task force in accordance with its by-laws;(b) The individual must be an officer or employee of a governmental agency participating in the task force through the furnishing of funds, personnel or equipment; and(c) The individual must be certified to the Board of Claims by the appropriate District Attorney General.(2) Whenever an individual no longer meets the criteria established in section (1), the appropriate District Attorney General shall promptly decertify the individual to the Board of ClaimsTenn.
