Section 0500-02-02-.05 - CONTRACTS FOR SERVICES(1) When the services of engineers, architects, attorneys, fiscal agents, etc., have been engaged by the municipality, copies of such contracts shall be filed with the Committee as a part of the application.(2) Contracts for services of independent architects, engineers, attorneys and fiscal agents. Affiliation of any person or persons so engaged with bond underwriters or construction firms may disqualify such firms from bidding on bonds or construction contracts.Tenn. Comp.
