Section 0465-02-05-.01 - STANDARD FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION

The licensee or applicant for licensure must ensure that new construction for licensees subject to the licensure standards of the Department meets the appropriate standards of the edition of the Standard Building Code currently in effect as adopted by the Office of the State Fire Marshall in rule 0780-02-02-.01 of the promulgated rules of the Department of Commerce and Insurance.
