Section 0460-01-.13 - ETHICS(1) For licensed dentists, the Board adopts, as if fully set out herein and to the extent that it does not conflict with state law, rules or Board Position Statements, the American Dental Association (ADA) Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct as it may, from time to time, be amended. A copy of the ADA Principles of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct may be obtained by contacting the American Dental Association at 211 East Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611, or by phone at (312) 440-2500, or on the Internet at http://www.ada.org.(2) For licensed dental hygienists, the Board adopts, as if fully set out herein and to the extent that it does not conflict with state law, rules or Board Position Statements, the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA) Code of Ethics for Dental Hygienists as it may, from time to time, be amended.
