Section 0460-01-.10 - CLINICAL TECHNIQUES-TEETH WHITENING

All teeth whitening formulations, except those sold over-the-counter, shall be prescribed and dispensed by a licensed dentist. Licensed dental hygienists or registered dental assistants are authorized to apply teeth whitening formulations, but only under the direct supervision of a licensed dentist.
