Section 0455-01-01-.02 - DUTIES OF THE OFFICERS OF THE BOARD(1) The Chair shall preside at meetings of the Board, appoint members to serve on committees and subcommittees as may be created, serve as ex-officio member of all committees and subcommittees, and determine the rules of order of Board meetings.(2) The Vice Chair shall preside in the absence of the Chair and shall assume the duties of Chair when necessary.(3) The Secretary shall be responsible for the taking and maintenance of minutes of Board meetings.Tenn.
