Section 0440-02-.09 - LAUNDRY WORK(1) Laundry work may be performed on the premises of an establishment only: (a) in an area neither frequented by the general public nor used for instruction, rest, or study by students;(b) with mechanical equipment installed in accordance with applicable codes and standards;(c) with workable equipment which has hot and cold water; and(d) when bleach and detergent are used.Tenn.
