Section 0420-04-01-.15 - EFFECTIVE GRANT DATES

Each grant shall become effective upon the signature of the Commissioner of Correction and will terminate on June 30 of each year, the end of the State's fiscal year. All projects shall be designed to begin accepting clients within 45 days of the effective date.
