Section 0400-53-02-.02 - CONNECTIONS(1) When requested by the Supervisor or his representative, wellhead connections shall be tested prior to installation at a pressure indicated by the Supervisor in conformance with conditions existing in areas in which they are used.(2) Whenever such tests are made in the field, they shall be witnessed by the Supervisor.(3) Tubing and tubingheads shall be free from obstructions in wells used for bottomhole pressure test purposes.Tenn.
