Section 0400-48-01-.16 - EXPERIMENTAL METHODS OF TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL OTHER THAN THOSE PROVIDED IN THESE REGULATIONS(1) Experimental methods of treatment and disposal of sewage in lieu of those provided herein shall not be utilized unless approval has been granted by the department.(2) Prior to issuance of an experimental sewage system permit, an amendment to the deed (reflecting the presence of such system) shall be completed, notarized and recorded at the Register of Deeds Office in the county where the system will be located.
