Section 0400-45-09-.02 - REQUIREMENTSApplicants for driller's and installer's licenses shall meet the following requirements to qualify for licensing under the Act:
(1) Be at least 18 years of age;(2) Have a minimum of two (2) years experience, prior to the date of application, working in the occupation for which a license is being sought;(3) Complete grade 10 in high school or submit proof of equivalent achievement demonstrated by successful completion of approved short courses or written examinations. Up to four years of full-time employment may be substituted for equal years of education. This shall be in addition to the experience requirements in paragraph (2) of this rule; and(4) Pass an examination as prescribed by the Board.Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0400-45-09-.02
