Section 0400-40-14-.04 - LOCAL LAW

Nothing in this chapter is intended to affect any Pretreatment Requirements, including any standards or prohibitions, established by local law as long as the local requirements are not less stringent than any set forth in National or State Pretreatment Standards, or any other requirements or prohibitions established by the Department.
